Every now and then we like to toot our own horn about big wins we’ve achieved for our clients. Here are a just few from the first quarter of 2021: Front-Page Story in the Sarasota Herald-Tribune For our client Ian Black Real Estate, a premier commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Sarasota, we secured a front-page story about a unique new concept coming to Florida: Town Square, a 1950s-themed senior day center. Broker George Brusco at Ian Black represented Town Square in the lease transaction in the Oaks Plaza shopping center. We knew that alone wouldn’t necessarily excite journalists. But, we did know they would be interested in this first-of-its-kind concept coming to Florida.
