True Blue Communications is seeking a highly reliable Client Relations Manager to work in a professional, results-driven environment. The primary goals of this position are to provide superior service to clients and prospects; to ensure our firm works as an efficient and effective team that delivers on all commitments; and provides office administration and marketing and PR support. The right candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, superior client relations skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact for clients and prospects
  • Schedule client meetings and conference calls
  • Field client requests and ensure follow-through
  • Prepare and deliver activity and results reports to clients
  • Assist with obtaining client approvals on projects
  • Field calls from prospective clients to set up introductory and consultation meetings

Project Management & Vendor Coordination:

  • Using the firm’s project management software and working with co-workers, set up, track and ensure completion of tasks and projects for all accounts
  • Coordinate vendors to ensure in-house and out-sourced team members are communicating with one another, and projects are on schedule and completed by deadline
  • Ensure that every task, project and client request is delivered on or before due dates

Office Administration:

  • Perform general administration duties, such as answering phones, printing documents, purchasing office supplies, filing, troubleshooting issues with technical equipment, and the like
  • Assist with managing the Principal’s calendar
  • Other office administration duties as needed

Marketing and Public Relations Support:

  • News coverage monitoring, clipping and generating reports
  • Make basic updates to websites
  • Post to social media accounts
  • Insert content into e-newsletter templates
  • Research

Required Education & Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in client/customer relations or similar role that requires the same skill-sets
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project or account management, or similar role that requires the same skill-sets
  • Mastery of key computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.


This is a full-time position based in Clearwater, Florida, with paid holidays, vacation and sick days. Salary is commensurate with experience.
